After what has felt like a very long, grey winter, there’s something so uplifting about the first signs of spring. Lighter mornings, longer days, and that fresh sense of energy returning—it’s the perfect time for a new chapter here at J’s Footstools.
It’s been a wonderfully busy start to the year, with lots of bespoke orders heading out to their new homes. Each piece has been a joy to create, and it never gets old knowing that something handmade in our workshop is becoming part of someone else’s space.
Now that those special orders have been completed, the focus has shifted to building up stock in preparation for the upcoming events we’re really looking forward to. There’s a real buzz in the workshop again as new combinations of Harris Tweed and tartans come together, each one a little different from the last.
A huge thank you to all our customers for your continued support—it truly means the world to a small business like ours. Whether you’ve ordered a bespoke piece, stopped by for a chat, or followed along online, it’s all appreciated more than you know.
