Terms and Conditions for Bespoke Orders

1. Payment:

All bespoke orders must be paid in full at the time of placing the order. Work on your custom item will not commence until payment has been received.

2. Returns Policy:

Bespoke items are made to your specific requirements and are therefore non-returnable unless they are found to be faulty.

3. Faulty Items:

If you receive an item that is faulty, please notify me within 7 day's of receiving it. I will arrange for a repair, replacement, or refund upon inspection of the fault.

4. Order Accuracy:

Please ensure all details, including fabric, feet selection and dimensions, are correct when placing your order. Once production has begun, changes cannot be made.

5. Delivery Times:

Estimated delivery time is 21 days from receiving your order, but this may vary depending on the availability of materials.
